ϖ Responsibilities
o Supervision electro mechanic sub-contractor for installation of STP sewer treatment plant and swimming pools
o Supervising Engineers, foremen and labors Teamwork.
o Execution infra structural Electrical power and low current works
o Following up and solving the issues with the consultant.
o Ordering and Follow up all the required materials and tools.
o Coordinate with mechanical, architect and civil sections
o Review monthly, final payments for sub-contractors.
o Preparation as built drawings.
o Review Electrical Design and prepare Value Engineering o Prepare Cost Analysis Resources (Materials, Labors, Equipment, and Subcontracts...i.e.). o Prepare Cost Estimates for Electrical works ... (Lighting, Power, cables, trays …i.e.). o Collecting, Studying and Selection of the appropriate Offers for the Electrical Works from Sub‐Contractors, Manufacturers, and Suppliers; with regular inquiry follow-ups. o Raising technical queries to be clarified by the consultant or client. o Making Cost comparison in case of multiple offers to select technically and commercially suitable proposals. o Preparation of the Final Tender’s Technical and Financial Proposals. - Review of tender documents and identify the key elements of the proposal in accordance with the company policies and procedures.
1- King Faisal Specialist Hospital - KFSH - Jeddah Budget (6 billion SR), Total Power of the Project 24 MVA "Senior Low voltage engineer at technical office" - Responsibilities o Supervising Engineers and Draftsman Teamwork. - Preparing and Reviewing All Shop Drawings and Redesign Drawings for All Electrical Systems (Lighting, Power Loads, Single Line Diagram, Cable Routing, Electrical Builders Work, Panel Board Schedules, Earthing & Lightning System and external LV & MV networks). - Preparing All Required Calculations for (Lighting, Short Circuit, Voltage Drop, and Load Analysis Calculations). - Coordination with Site Teamwork. o Attending the meetings and coordinate with consultant & designers.
