• Payroll processing, including tracking and calculating overtime, and answering for any payroll-related queries.

• HR audits for databases and personnel files, implementing measures to enhance data security.

• Recruitment process, from drafting job descriptions to conducting interviews and facilitating the onboarding and Orientation of new hires.

• Policies formulation, Implemented procedures to ensure compliance with relevant employment laws and regulations.

• Performance Management and assisted in the performance appraisal process, providing support to managers and employees in setting and achieving performance goals.

• Visa Processing for employees, collaborating with PRO, Understand and fulfill the requirements of the Immigration & Labor Department, processing and obtaining related documents such as labor approval, entry permits, employment visas.

• Managing recruitment platforms and publishing job ad (LinkedIn - Indeed - Naukrigulf - WUZZUF... and similar platforms).

• Create analysis, reports, project feasibility studies required from “HR” human resources department "Monthly, Quarterly and annual" to direct Manager or decision maker.

• Managing employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans.

• Preparing and designing salary structure based on market salary scale and compatible standards.

• Coordinated training programs and professional development opportunities to enhance the skills and knowledge of the workforce.

• Preparing HR reports and analyzing that to provide insights into various workforce management aspects.

• Worked with legal team on policy issues, compliance concerns, grievances and employee complaints.
