 Supervising the work of branch accountants & are responsible for making special reports for financial analysis.
 Reviewing the Financial Statements of the company for error posting & making the necessary adjustment entries accordingly.
 Assisting & providing information & reports to the External Auditors at the year end.
 Month end closing entries for accrued, Prepaid Rent, insurance, expenses etc.
 Dealing with banks regarding the bank facilities like preparing the LCs and monitoring the overdraft with emirates bank.

 Checking & analyzing the job cards after being serviced in the workshop (Point of Sales).
 Preparation of Monthly Banking Reconciliation & Inter Co Reconciliation of the Group Companies.
 Coordinating the A/P and A/R to ensure all payments and billings are reviewed for authorization, accuracy and appropriateness prior to processing.
