Working as Inside Sales Executive for Hyundai Merchant Marine (HMM) as our principal in Jeddah region from Jul 2023 till date.
• Job responsibility includes overall sales and marketing of (HMM) in Jeddah region.
• Co-ordination both with the valuable accounts and principle.
• Reporting to the principal, daily / weekly basis and upon requirements.
• Rates negotiation with customers and principal.
• Booking creation and container release.
• Filing and updating the rates with the pricing desks accordingly.
• Co-ordination with all the departments on daily basis
• Prepare freight and detention invoices.
• Negotiating with principal to waive detention charges.
I worked as Sales Consultant in Extra; my work was to help the customers to choose the right product to them
• Introducing customers to the latest new phone products
• Explaining the features and various benefits of most phones and laptops
• Convince customers to purchase after-sales services
• Arrange the display of products and accessories
