ومن داخل الشركه الاهتمام برفع كفاءة وتدريب الموظفين وعمل دورات تدريبيه لهم وعقد اجتماعات مع المديرين لتحديد خطط العمل وسبل وطرق تنفيذ هذه الخطط وتقديم التقارير على حجم المبيعات واحتفاظ الشركه بالعملاء وتحديد ربحيه الشركه وتقديم كافه التقارير ورفعها الى الاداره العليا

Job Description: 6. Develop daily purchase orders according to the workshop requisition. Direct the purchasing representatives to the authorized supplies and dealers.

9. Classify inventory by activity A, B, C.
10. Assign price code for each type of parts by demand elasticity.
11. Perform XYZ ranking analysis to reduce self-stock value.

13. Preparation of annual and seasonal inventory (harmonizing physical inventory locations with the system)
14. Preparation of different stock report if requested by the GM.
15. Develop and issue periodic accurate store stock reports.
16. Preparation of a statement addressed to the financial department confirming the cash payable to each vendor. Follow-up with the financial department till the settlement of statement.
17. Follow-up of guaranteed spare parts since placing the order till installation in the vehicle.
18. Direct- cash wholesale/retail.
19. Maintain appropriate level of parts availability and stock.
20. Control and manage daily store transactions according to company regulations.
