Manage ABP’s GTM Route Systems (Conventional and Pre Sell) through BPTs (Territory Planner and Road Net) directly through Dispatchers and Sales Managers to deliver on ABP’s most efficient cost to serve
Provide technical support and troubleshoot processes in a production facility.
Make periodic inspections of equipments and systems to observe and make recommendations on operational procedures.
May work in an administrative capacity, for example, in the development of guidelines and specifications for the handling of line production and to implement M & W (Manufacturing & Warehousing) system.
Oversee the work of professional staff by making and reviewing work assignments, establishing priorities, coordinating activities, and resolving related work problems.
Carry out an expanding range of professional engineer assignments in a developing capacity.
Maintain equipment history, maintenance records and generating work orders for maintenance team in MP2 (Maintenance Program 2).
Member of internal quality global audit team.
Participate in the annual goal setting process and in the development of resulting strategies and tactics.
Conduct presentations and formal training programs.
Identify and recommend changes to existing lines or processes, which result in increased performance.
Develop the shift's ability to solve their own day-to-day operational issues. Coach the team to complete effective root cause problem solving.
Engage plant facilitators as needed to eliminate recurring problems.
