• Working closely with the central team in innovation department to innovate solutions which suits the
local regulations and market approach in the region.
• Technical writing skills to create products specifications sections in CSI format.
• Understanding the technical aspects and scientific standards of the products.
• Supporting KSA team remotely with projects leads, technical proposals & systems as per their market
understanding.
• Handling online training sessions to the team and clients.

systems, Industrial flooring systems, Grouting & anchoring).

• Suggest alternative technical solutions to meet client requirements more efficiently, and /or with
greater reusability, and/or longer life.
• Supporting the consultant design team technically with the most suitable solution which fit with the
building design and building life.
• Awareness of the most recent buildings regulations issued from the governments.
• Assists in sales efforts from a technical perspective.
• Understanding the technical aspects and scientific standards of the products.
• High knowledge in project business routine from design stage to submitals stage.
• Multi-tasking and time-management to prioritize and switch between varied tasks
• Technical writing skills to create products specifications sections in CSI format.
• Interaction with the market, by means of: lunch & learn seminars, formal meetings and
presentations, effective use of social media platforms.

• Responsible for specification (Façade insulations, Acoustic solutions, Building envelops and
thermal insulation).
• Enlarging and making regular contact with Consultants, Architects, Developers; Vendor list
Registrations
• Identifying and developing loyal relationships with key consultants and clients to provide a leading
experience through technical specification and project package creation.
• Ability to read and interpret technical documents, specifications, international technical standards
and architectural plans.
• Understanding the technical aspects and scientific standards of the products.
• Awareness of the most recent buildings regulations issued from the governments.
• Conducting regular project tracking meetings with the consultant and design Engineers.
• Responsible for the specification development within the project specification market.
• Working as a team in developing systems, fixing problems and creating solutions technically for the
ongoing projects. Driving product introduction activities, organizing events, including product
positioning & launching.
• Responsible for a strong existing client base as well as establishing and developing strong commercial
relationships with consultants, governmental, private and public organizations.
• Working collaboratively with the Project Sales Engineers and Technical Support Manager to ensure
that specification, package and participant information is shared providing a leading customer
experience at all stages of the project resulting in a successful package resolution.

• Completes engineering projects by organizing and controlling project elements
• Supply listing of all guide specifications available for use in contract
• Assist in preparing and supplying a hard copy of the guide specifications sections
• Manage relationships with new and existing suppliers & end users.
• Supply advice and information for use in developing proposal and enter contract.
• Coordinating with the design team in specifying the right and most relevant items which will lead to a
quality product and within the project budget.

• Planning for future development in line with strategic business objectives.

• Prepare Monthly Payment Claims based on actual work done, i.e. Gross Valuation of work done at
site.
• Analyzing outcomes and writing detailed progress reports.
• Following claims and obstructions.
• Establish the Quantities measurement system of the works activities on a continuous basis during the
month.
• Valuing completed work and arranging payments
• Preparing tender and contract documents, including bills of quantities with the architect and/or the
client.
• Identifying, analyzing and developing responses to commercial risks.
