• Supervise on-site transformer installation and field operations for ultra-high
capacity power transformers and shunt reactors across diverse project sites in
KSA.
• Direct specialized multi-stage oil-filling activities and high-vacuum oil processing
alongside OEM technical teams (Hyundai, Siemens, Hitachi, TBEA) to ensure
factory warranty compliance.
• Monitor day-to-day site execution, ensuring 100% compliance with SEC quality
control matrices, engineering drawings, and localized safety standards.
• Interface directly with SEC client engineers and consultants to sign off on field
quality checklists, minimizing design-to-execution deviations through proactive
RFIs.

• Managed a team of 15+ technicians during heavy installation, termination, and
testing phases, consistently meeting critical project milestones.
• Executed field testing schedules for low, medium, and high-voltage control
panels, marshaling kiosks, and protection circuits.
• Supported testing and commissioning activities including insulation resistance,
turns ratio, and winding resistance verification on SPTC and Sie yuan units.

Performed installation, maintenance, refurbishment, oil sampling, and painting of
transformers at utility and industrial sites across Pakistan. Assisted in testing,
commissioning, troubleshooting, and oil processing activities to maintain
transformer reliability and performance.
