• Implement ODICOs Project Development and Execution Process.
• Support project execution from procurement to commissioning & startup activities.
• Carry out new projects economic evaluations.

• Review and finalization of execution Level-3 & Level-4 plans, job method statements, equipment deployment,
indirect and direct manpower deployments.
• Oversee weekly look ahead to maintain objectives and agreed milestones.
• Lead sessions to identify Turnaround/ Project risks and develop mitigation plans.
• Review progress of project and ensure that the project is progressing as planned and the targets are met and raise
flags if the targets are likely to slip.
• Development of Daily, Weekly & Monthly progress monitoring systems & reports preparation with highlighting
the project bottle necks & hurdles.
• Work as a focal person for coordination/communication with various departmental teams for progress updates.
• Review turnaround and project deliverables with discipline engineer and support departments.
• Coordinate with client respective department for preparing as built/red markups after completion of turnaround.

• To complete the Maintenance Shutdowns/ Turnarounds & Projects (Both EPC & Construction) within stipulated
time period by generating strong network of planning and execution skills.
• Review & analysis of Contract documents for each Construction Package and advice the Projects Manager of any
planning deficiencies from scheduling point of view.
• Manage the preparation and submittal of specified contract proposals & Pre-Qualification Document.
• Preparation and implementation of Project Execution Plan.
• Coordination with mechanical equipment vendors (Stand Alone & Skid Mounted) for timely delivery and
minimizing any constraint during complete delivery cycle including ordering, document approval from client,
start of manufacturing, shipment & final delivery at site.
• Attend the Weekly Progress Meetings (Internal as well as with Client) and assist in preparation of Minutes of
Meetings.
• Coordinate materials and assist in the logistics, its shipment and receipt at construction site.
• Coordinate with all project related personnel on day-today progress of work activities, procurement and
operations to ensure timely completion of the project.
• Ensure safety and QA/QC programs are established and maintained by all parties and conduct reviews of detailed
design drawing and specifications.
• Participate in and lead risk assessments and actively manage the risks of the projects.
• Responsible for project functions including but not limited to Project Management, Site Management, Project
Control Management, Procurement, Construction Management etc. are all coordinated and properly staffed to
meet the project goals. (Mechanical Equipment Packages)

• Managing & Execution of Turnaround/ Shutdowns and Projects was included in the key responsibilities.
• Ensuring completion of Turnaround & Project within time and budget without compromising Safety & Quality.
• Arrangement of resources (Manpower, Equipment, Tools & Consumables) & materials as per requirement.
• Ensure sub-contractor arrangement, mobilization and progress as per requirement of project.
• Effective coordination and liaison with client.
• Strong follow-up with head office and site team to achieve project objectives.
• Preparation of Risk Register and mitigation plan from start of project and ensure its implementation.
• Review of monthly financial performance of all projects with senior management/ shareholders.
• To review contracts/ sub-contracts.
• Ensure project is performed in accordance with design and operations requirements.
• Ensure completed facility meets the overall contract objectives.
• Manage contractual aspects of the contract to ensure work is completed within budget.
• Review & analysis of Contract documents for each Construction Package.
• Preparation and implementation of Project Execution Plan (PEP).

• Planning, Monitoring, Scheduling & Execution is included in the key responsibilities. To complete Maintenance
Shutdowns within stipulated time period by generating link of planning and monitoring along with execution
skills.
• Monitoring & Execution of Maintenance Activities for Static Equipment like Heat Exchanger, Column, Vessel,
Fin fan Coolers, Heaters, Filters, Reactors, Furnace, Valves, Piping etc. in Accordance with ASME Standards.
• Preparation of detailed LEVEL-4 plan with resource loading of the overall turnaround in Primavera P6, Complete
resource planning including labor & non labor (Machinery) as per project scope.
• Review & analysis of Contract documents for each Construction Package and advice the Projects Manager of any
planning deficiencies from scheduling point of view.
• Preparation & submission of Progress Reports/Charts through Project Management Software - Primavera (P6)
and submitting to the Department Heads, Client, Consultant and Main Contractor.
• Preparation of S Curves and update on daily basis for the close monitoring of the planned vs actual curves,
submission of the catch up plans on the daily progress.
• Manage the preparation and submittal of specified contract proposals & Pre-Qualification Document.
• Preparation of Budget and Monitoring of the cost after award of the Project.
• Preparation of both Technical & Commercial Proposals for turnaround/ shutdown jobs.

• Preparation of Technical specifications and Data sheets for Equipment and Materials.
• Development of Technical and Commercial proposals.
• Development of Project Schedules.
• Development of Project cost estimates.
