• Debottlenecking project, Propane Dehydrogenation (PDH) Plant, TASNEE - Responsible to accomplish Debottlenecking activities such as accomplished hydraulic analysis study, updated P&IDs, checked the adequacy of pressure safety valve (PSV) size and prepared simulation model.
• Feasibility study project, Jubail United Petrochemical Company (JUPC), Sabic: Responsible for doing a feasibility study to validate the existing OSBL facilities required to support new Inside Battery Limits (ISBL) at JUPC. Responsible for performing the mass balance calculation, Aspen simulation model, hydraulic analysis study, equipment adequacy study, P&ID, PFD, and equipment sizing. Moreover, create and propose new ideas to solve the debottlenecking problem.
• Upgrading Project, Polypropylene (PP) Plant, TASNEE - accomplish hydraulic study to upgrading control valve at PP reactor in Polypropylene (PP) Plant.

• Safaniyah and Manifa Crude Increment- Responsible to prepare and check Piping & Instrumentation Diagrams (P&ID), Basis of design, PFD, UFD, hydraulic study, Control and Operation Philosophy Document, Engineering Calculation, Cause and Effect Diagram, Detail design, DPTD, Interface activities, Chemicals and Utility Summery, Datasheets, other engineering documents. Moreover, responsible to respond to client, reviewer comments, and provide support to team in HAZOP, Value Engineering, and constructability sessions to accomplish the tasks.
• Boilers Modifications Project - Responsible to review and check P&IDs, PFDs, BMS Control Narrative, Process Design Basis, Boiler Performance Summary Sheet, Non-Material Requirements (NMR), Environmental Forms, Cause and Effect Diagram, Engineering Calculation, and vendor documents.
• Upgrade West Pier facilities Ras Tanura project- Support commissioning and SAPMT team to achieve commissioning and startup tasks.
• Jafurah Field development project - Responsible to review and check P&IDs, Basis of design, PFDs, MSDs, hydraulic study, Start-up and Shutdown Philosophy, Control Philosophy Document, Engineering Calculation, Cause and Effect Diagram, Steady State Flow Report, and other engineering documents. Moreover, I supported team to execute HAZOP, PHA sessions and responded on Technical Query (TQ).

• Commissioning and startup task: Worked with project team to accomplish commissioning, startup & shutdown tasks for plant such as prepare documents, solve problems and guide operation team.
• Operation and Production: Responsible to oversaw KPI’s, troubleshooting, product quality, environmental emission, analyzing data, highlighting the abnormalities to operation department and prepare daily production report.
• Troubleshooting and Root Cause Analysis tasks: Accomplished troubleshooting and root cause analysis tasks for process and oil boilers plant such as Boiler tube damage issue, Furnace preheater burner issue, furnace instability, blockage in electrostatic precipitator (ESP) hopper, product quality issue, chemical injection problem, NOx emission issue, conveyor belt problem and furnace unit tripping.
• Health and Safety: Assisted team to accomplish PSSR, PHA, risk assessments, and incident investigations.
• Optimization Process: Optimize and reduce natural gas consumption, hot water condensate, and chemical injection consumption, boiler water blowdown, washing filter activities. Moreover, recommended cost-effective solutions to maximize plant availability.
• Carried out investigation, technical and environmental reports.
• Engineering Task: Responsible to review and check P&ID, PFD, Detail design, Engineering Calculation, control Philosophy, hydraulic study, 3D modeling, MOC, Cost Estimation, Energy & Material calculation, project proposals and detailed design packages.
• Improvement: Developed and introduced an improved procedure system, reducing daily tasks by 8%.
• Process Control System: Led team to execute factory acceptance tests (FAT) activities for distributed control system (DCS), Safety Instrumented System (SIS) and Burner Management System (BMS).
• Management Engineering System (MES): Prepared and updated MES calculation methods.
• Best practice: Worked for six months in Pinjarra Plant in Australia to transfer best practices.

• Aromatic Project, SADARA Chemical Company - Responsible for reviewing PFD, P&ID, Equipment list, and other engineering documents.
• SCOT and Sour Water Stripper (SWS) Project, SASREF Oil refinery- Participated in checking P&ID and engineering documents and carry out site checking for construction for Sulfur Claus Off-Gas Treating (SCOT) and Sour Water Stripping (SWS) units.
• Fireproofing Project, Saudi Aramco - Participated to accomplish Fireproofing study for Abqaiq project as per Saudi Aramco standard. Responsible to update P&ID, Plot plan drawings, equipment detail sheet.
• Proposal Study, Al-Khafji Joint operations (KJO) - Accomplished hydraulic calculation, heat exchanger design by HTRI and reviewed P&IDs, PFDs, DS, MSD, and DPTD.
• Tatweer oil and gas Project - Prepared hydraulic calculation and checked PFD, P&ID, and DS and other engineering documents.

• Maintain Potential Program (MPP), Saudi Aramco- Responsible for preparing P&IDs, Datasheets, Safety Instruction Sheet, and other engineering documents for wellhead for Oil & Gas wells for Shdgm, & Ain Dar.
• Upgrading Ras Tanura oil refinery project, Saudi Aramco - Accomplished hydraulic study for instrument air system.
• Manifa project, Saudi Aramco -Prepared detail design of MANIFA crude oil gathering system and water & chemical injection system including blowdown system, chemical injection skids and utility water system.
• Water Injection pipeline project, Saudi Aramco- participated in detail design of 56” well water injection pipeline with pumping and scraping facilities from Uthmaniyah Water Supply Plant (UWSP) to Uthmaniyah Water Injection Plant UWIP-4.
• Technical evaluation, Saudi Aramco - Perform technical evaluation on pumps equipment for vendor quotations for client.
• Participated with engineering team to checking oil wells pipeline header for Saudi Aramco.

• Process- Studied all Methanol process, Butanediol (BDO) process and utilities process.
