• Manage daily accounting operations covering AP/AR, invoicing, collections follow-up, and customer account
updates.
• Perform bank reconciliations and resolve discrepancies to maintain accurate cash/bank balances.
• Control petty cash and daily expenses; prepare payment vouchers with complete supporting documentation.
• Process supplier payments, reconcile supplier statements, and maintain accurate liabilities tracking.
• Handle purchasing documentation (POs, supplier coordination, receiving/records) and ensure organized
filing.
• Support month-end/year-end closing tasks, including reconciliations and reporting preparation.
• Use Silicon, CtServe, and Minerva; assist with audit/internal control requirements when needed.

• Conduct outbound calls, promote products, and process customer orders.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and achieve daily targets.

• Assist customers with product selection, handle POS operations, and support stock follow-up.
• Resolve customer inquiries to maintain satisfaction.

• Record invoices, expenses, and daily transactions with proper documentation and filing.
• Support reconciliations and basic reporting as needed.
• Track petty cash and maintain supplier/customer records.

• Support daily accounting records, sales tracking, and basic reconciliations.
• Assist with cash register reconciliation and documentation control.
• Maintain organized filing for invoices and receipts.

• Process customer transactions and support operational reporting tasks.
