• Making marketing for my company via internet and via phone by talking directly to companies around the gulf area to offer my company service to acquire new clients
• Making Ads for the positions required
• Scan and screen Cvs received from the ad and send the most suitable to the client.
• Manage everything for the interviews, like calling candidates and try to find suitable time for all.
• Negotiate with the candidates about the offer presented by the client as salary, and other facilities.
• Follow-up to the signing of contracts with candidates and business owners
• Try to resolve the problems existing in the contract between candidates and employers to persuade the candidate by clarify his position and convince him to complete the offer by the employer or convince the employer to change some terms of the contract for candidate’s side.
• Provide weekly reports to the administration about the position of each candidate.
• Follow-up procedures and paperwork needed to travel to the candidates like (Health certificates - qualifications - contract documentation for the candidates)
• Follow-up with the candidate and business owners to travel.
• Periodically send the positions of candidates to the business owners.
• Provide a timetable for the processing of papers of candidates and ending procedures and traveling to the administration and business owners.
