Working as an I&C engineer in the contraction section in green duba power plant ( the biggest project in the middle east).
Working in:
1-Installation, erection, calibration & commissioning of Instruments in Integrated Combined Solar Powerplant Project.
2-To Co-ordinate & Project Planning with our sub-contractors companies like Ge & Initec, Spain
3- Installation of field instruments, Analyser Panels, Transmitters and sensors, Marshaling & System cabinets, laying, meggering, glanding & termination of cables and loop checking of field instruments.
4-Detailed Evaluation for E&I Projects, planning Manpower & Resources required for Completion within Stipulated Time Period.
5- Coordinate with other engineering discipline heads at the project site to review the overall progress in construction work and coordinate with them to assess any hold points that originate from a particular engineering discipline.
6- Review P&IDs, E&I Block Diagrams, Interconnection Wiring Diagrams, Signal Flow Diagrams, Instrument index, Logic Diagrams, Panel Drawings, Instrument Loop Drawings & Hook-up drawing during the commissioning period.
7- Conducting inspection, pre-commissioning and functional testing to ensure the performance capacity of various machines and equipment’s.
8- Effective resource planning for optimizing man & machine utilization, reducing wastes for enhancing productivity and profitability.
9- Perform risk assessments, JSA Job Safety Analysis.
Preparation of method statements and Task Risk Assessment for site activities.
10- Conducting day to day jobs in accordance with safety rule.
11-Responsible for establishing, promoting and maintaining a safe and hazard free working environment. Formulates and develops safety policies and procedures with the help of the HSE Manager.
I was working in section of plant maintenance in electrical department For the manufacture of cement and I work in:
● . Troubleshooting for medium voltage(6.6kv) ABB, Siemens and MERLIN GERIN switch gear .(VACUMM, SF6).
● . Troubleshooting for ABB & Merlin Gerin MCC’S.
● .Electrostatic precipitator(Lurgi) and bag filter maintenance and troubleshooting for the control panels.
● . Troubleshooting for atlas copco & CompAir air compressor(DELCOS XL-FD310-FD2000-GA90) (control & power).
● . Troubleshooting, Repair, Reconditioning and Preventive maintenance For ABB VFDs specially ACS880, ACS800 & ACS550 drives
● .installing and connecting (THRMOCUPLE PT100 K type-load cell(strain gage)-Capacitive and Inductive Proximity Sensor.
● Working in AHU From 5 to 30 tons for so many manufacturer like (alzamil- YORK- AIRDALE and Carrier).
● Maintenance for induction motor -DC motor- and induction slip ring motor till 7000Kw.
● Know how to use Oracle E-Business Suite.
