In my current position as Microsoft Dynamics AX business application manager for Almanea Trading &CO. is to handle all new business requirement to be create in application such as implement new module also responsible to handle all customization with partners by give them the analysis and receive the customization and make a test and then deploy
it on production server

Job Responsible:
• Implementations of MS Dynamics AX
• Business Processes Analysis
• Documentation preparation
• Support all departments
• Closing and auditing with Finance team on Application
• Analysis the customization with developers and test and deeply on production server.
• Handle all API’S integrations with our ERP system.
• Mange and Follow-up with developer’s team.
• Handle and implement new requirements for our branches on POS
• SQL data maintenance monthly.
• Handle backup of databases

* Work with a team of senior and junior ERP implementers.

* Implementation of ERP projects including activities like: software installation, training and support.
* Gather, analyze, document and approve customer customization requirements

* Create system specifications according to customer requirements and approving them from the customer.

* Handover of the customer requirements to system designers and architects to develop the requirements.

* Receiving, inspecting and testing developed customer requirements until delivery to customers.
Conducting in-house and on-site software test labs

* Troubleshooting software issues and technical support on software applications via phone, email or on-site visits

* Work with a team of senior and junior ERP implementers.

* Implementation of ERP projects including activities like: software installation, training and support.
* Gather, analyze, document and approve customer customization requirements

* Create system specifications according to customer requirements and approving them from the customer.

* Handover of the customer requirements to system designers and architects to develop the requirements.
