• JOB Description :
• Develops project objectives by reviewing project proposals and plans; conferring with management.
• Determines project specifications by studying product design, customer requirements, and performance standards; completing technical studies; preparing cost estimates.
• Confirms product performance by designing and conducting tests.
• Maintains project schedule by monitoring project progress; coordinating activities; resolving problems.
• Controls project plan by reviewing design, specifications, and plan and schedule changes; recommending actions.
• Controls project costs by approving expenditures; administering contractor contracts.
• Prepares project status reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information and trends; recommending actions.
• Managing, monitoring and review the contract design documents supplied by the client or architect
• Communicating with clients and their representatives (architects, engineers) including attending regular meetings to keep them informed of our progress and set plans due to site priorities and time schedule

Coordinates With Mechanical & Electrical
* Review drawings for correctness and clarity of information and take necessary action to ensure sufficient information is available, Monitor and ensure that only current / latest revisions of Issued for Construction drawings are being used, and withdraw all superseded drawings from site.
*. Record and maintain daily site events.
*. Site supervision to ensure Work carried out on site is in accordance with:
• Drawing and specification
• Construction programmers
• Method Statements
• To report any technical issues to the Section Engineer

Worked as a Architecture Site Engineer at SKI worm area ( SKI Entrance )
-Responsible Of All Finishes work At SKI Worm area ( wood cladding - marble - fall celling - gypsum board - painting - screed finish )
-Coordinates With Mechanical & Electrical
1-Plan and schedule the project by developing a project master schedule in line with the proposal requirements through the application of the primavera p6 software
2-Indentify the project deliverables, milestone, and the required tasks and targets to determine the staffing requirements, and allotment of available resources to various phases of the project through the project measurement system
3-Implement the work schedule and monitor the progress of the work for timely execution of the project to review of the overal project
4-Progress monitoring of specific projects on a regular basis. Anticipate and resolve any problems bottlenecks scheduling conflicts. Prepare and maintain package work plans and monitor progress to achieve on time or earlier deliveries to keep the project on schedule
A- Worked as a site engineer:
about 3 months Responsible of all under ground work in concrete work ( back filling- masonry work - isolate work )
1. Responsible for Architecture Designer.
2. Responsible for Architecture Finishing works in Site (Plaster-Marble-Porcelain tile)
3. Responsible of designing the company brochures, banners and artworks.
4. Review drawings for correctness and clarity of information and take necessary action to ensure sufficient information is available, Monitor and ensure that only current / latest revisions of Issued for Construction drawings are being used, and withdraw all superseded drawings from site.
5. Record and maintain daily site events.
6. Site supervision to ensure Work carried out on site is in accordance with:

7. Monitor progress of work against Construction programmed to ensure that the progress is in accordance to the Construction Programmed
8. Monitor, control, and coordinate the works of different trade subcontractors and report on their progress and or trends for problems / delays to Section Engineer.
9. Ensure that no work is submitted for inspection unless it is complete and complies with all specified requirements.
10. Addresses all encountered/preventive problems with my Foreman/Section Engineer.
11. Ensures that only approved materials are used.
