• Refactor the First cognitive system implementation in Dubai (Rashid Chatbot).
• Implement a multi-layer NLP classifier based on IBM Watson services with over 20 disambiguation domains.
• Built AI tools using NLTK & Scikit-learn for clustering data used in training & developing the chatbot.
• Define KPIs for assessing Cognitive chatbot’s performance.
• Designed and implemented a platform for automated testing for multi-intent classifier (Watson Agent).
• Understand and transform business processes communicated verbally, or documented into business process models, and build functional documentation with the help of subject matter experts.
• Work closely with business experts and management to define the best strategy for transforming the current processes to adapt AI driven solutions.
• Investigate, analyz and make recommendations based on benchmarking exercises and implement best practices across different cognitive solutions.
• Work closely with developers and a variety of subject matter experts to ensure technical compatibility and user satisfaction.
