Spare Parts Stock Cotrol Supervisor
• Perform Monthly / weekly spare parts Orders.
• Study consumption rates for fast & slow moving parts and perform orders based on MAD (monthly average demand), on hand, in tube, last order and back order.
• Perform Emergency Order for slow moving parts needed for customers.
• Follow up orders till packing.
• Track orders and invoice the ready cases.
• Track invoices till warehousing.
• Follow up back orders items
Spare parts Logistic:
• Perform new orders with suppliers, Satisfy sales forecast.
• Selecting and evaluating suppliers through negotiation & bidding.
• Selection for best payment methods (T/T, D/P or L/C)
• Selection for best shipping methods (Sea (FCL/LCL) or air or courier).
• Selection for the suitable forwarder company which have minimum fright charge with a suitable transit time with a good insurance.
• Coordinate & track shipments with shipping lines & clearance agencies.
• Performing Weekly and Monthly and VOR order for Hyundai & Mazda Spare Parts
• Performing Initial Orders for New Models & Wholesale orders.
• Minimize cost of Inventory (increase Turn Over)
• Maximize Availability (increase Fill rate)
• Supports sales management with data reports on stock movement (e.g. ABC analysis)
• Provides support for the professional development (including training) of direct reports
• Supervises all the missions of the stock control section.
• Responsible for monitoring Stock Availability
• Reviewing Electronic Parts Catalogue
• Responsible for communicating to the Finance Department & Logistic department for Supplier invoices follow up.
• Responsible for analyzing orders at the end of every month to close it.
• Responsible for solving and analyzing the deviations of the stock with the Warehouse Manager.
• Preparing monthly KPIs (Turnover .ABC Analysis, MOS, Fill Rate, ..Etc.)
• Perform purchasing request in internal system and follow internal approvals.
• Track orders and invoice the ready parts through supplier system.
• Track invoices & follow up customs clearance until receiving.
• Send daily tracking report for all invoices details to the whole departments with ETA.
• Study lost sales and most required parts.
• Follow up supplier Statement of account SOA & claims.

• Contacting Sub-Suppliers for supplying OEM Spare Parts
• Selection for best payment methods (T/T, CAD or L/C)

• Perform the needed forms needed for clearance.
• Comparing Prices with Other distributers.
• Identify the best shipping companies in terms of prices and quality of services to be contracted.
• Ensuring that the shipments documents are in compliance with customs regulations.
• Ensuring receiving scan & original documents for each shipment.
• Sending the original documents to the clearance agencies.
• Receiving purchase orders approved by the head of the sector and marketing sector and the financial sector from the stock control section in preparation to be sent to external supplier for the preparation and processing and sending shipment required.
• Issuing and following up payments bills to suppliers with financial management to guarantee payment to suppliers in the agreed timelines.
• Tracking the location of the shipment.
• Monitoring the flow of goods from the clearing port up to the store (Transportation, warehouse & distribution of goods).
• Making an action plan for every consignment & the expected time table for releasing the goods. Receiving invoices from the clearing agencies & revise it
