• Perform Monthly / weekly spare parts Orders.
• Study consumption rates for fast & slow moving parts and perform orders based on MAD (monthly average demand), on hand, in tube, last order and back order.
• Perform Emergency Order for slow moving parts needed for customers.
• Follow up orders till packing.

• Perform new orders with suppliers, Satisfy sales forecast.
• Selecting and evaluating suppliers through negotiation & bidding.

• Performing Weekly and Monthly and VOR order for Hyundai & Mazda Spare Parts
• Performing Initial Orders for New Models & Wholesale orders.
• Minimize cost of Inventory (increase Turn Over)
• Maximize Availability (increase Fill rate)
• Supports sales management with data reports on stock movement (e.g. ABC analysis)
• Provides support for the professional development (including training) of direct reports
• Supervises all the missions of the stock control section.
• Responsible for monitoring Stock Availability
• Reviewing Electronic Parts Catalogue

• Monitoring the flow of goods from the clearing port up to the store (Transportation, warehouse & distribution of goods).
