I have been worked at( Drake & Scull International company) as Mechanical project Engineer in ITCC 17 Parcels Project (Riyadh), working at data center building ( CRAH, FAHU, ETS, leak detection system humidification system, pre action system +all mechanical system ),
My Job responsibilities in this possition are :
Installation, pre commissioning, commissioning and handing over of mechanical work with quality in according to project specification within the designated time frame
To study all shop drawing, project documents and any revisions theoren
To supervise the construction in term of proper method, material reservation and optimum output of labor
To execute the works according to the latest approved revision of shop drawing and instruction of line manager
To pass all instructions issued to me by the authorized representatives to handle contractually prior to commencement
Materials take off from shop drawing
Preparing pre commissioning reports if required
Preparing red marked drawings for final AS built Drawings
Committed to DSI HSE requirements and all applicable legislations and contractual requirements affecting the HSE activities at project site and administrative office
1) Design & Supervision for MEP mechanical Systems including
• Make heat load calculation, air flow calculation, duct size and duct weight
• AC machine selection and all required equipments
• Chiller and package unit selection and all required equipments
• Design of chilled water system with all fittings and valves needed
2) Design & Supervision Fire Fighting System including
• Size pipe for firefighting network, sprinklers and fire hose cabinet.
• Hydraulic calculation for pipe network of fire fighting system
• Design FM200
3) Design Plumping System including :
• Size pipe Water supply and selection material for suitable required, make hydraulic calculation for system and pump selection.
• Make design for draining system and all calculations required
4) Shop drawing, material takeoff.
5) Follow with consultant to get approval for all submittal related to complete work .
6) Follow with subcontractor and suppler to complete work.
7) Coordinate with all systems to avoid any problem.
8) Tendering, cost estimation, and making proposals.
9) Knowledge and skills in MS office including MS project.
10) Preparing mechanical submittals.
