Working as a project manager and my duties are :
- Planning and organizing the interior and architectural projects and monitoring the execution in site.
- Collect all necessary information from the client and any other stakeholder and carry out the
necessary site visits in order to conduct the design drawings and detailed drawings and the
- selection of raw materials for the implementation and everything necessary to start and finish the project.
- Formulation of design ideas for architectural spaces and interior designs with all related sketches and execution drawings according to the information collected from the client and the nature of the site in cooperation with the Technical Office team.
- Collect required objectives, material samples, data sheets and details of suppliers which are
serving the execution of the designs and obtain the approvals on it.
- Managing the day-to-day activities and the progress of the project.
- Ensure all design drawings and details related to the project are clear to all engineers, technicians and site team.
- Managing preparation of designs, sketches to be sure it is going according to client wishes and meets the requirements of function, aesthetic and safety and preparation of all execution details
and shop drawing.
- Insure the work running according to safety procedures and international quality standards.
Consult and coordinate with the relevant professionals in the project such as the architectures, civil engineers, MEP engineers and any technical specialists in site.
- Ensure that the project program is implemented accurately and updated with all variables that
may occur during the project.
- Ensure that the procurement and materials supplied to site are following the project
specification, quality standards and to be delivered to site on the proper time according to
project plan.
- Monitoring any changes that may happen to the project for any reason and manage it according
to the project's time and 9nancial plan and report to the project management once about it.
- Ensure that all processes of the project (such as designs, plans, bill of quantities, data sheets and
specifications …) to be documented and approved by the authorized stakeholders such as the
owner or his representative, consultant, and any government authority relevant to the project
- Negotiating with owner, consultant, sub contractors and any other stakeholders to ensure
accurate implementation to all design objectives.
- Manage the processes of building inspections with the relevant local and government authorities.
Working as a project engineer and my duties was :
- Managing a team of supervisors, labor and sub-contractors to implement all stages of structural, architecture, interior and exterior finishes.
- preparing any interior design concept in the projects.
- Determining the functional requirements and design aesthetics and drafting them after consulting with the client and understand of his wishes.
- Formulating the drawings, specifications, material selections, furniture styel, products and any requirements related to interior spaces and exterior finishing work and detail it for execution.
- Preparation of action plans and follows up the implementation plan in accordance with project timelines and technical specifications of the work.
- Study and understand the project scope, drawings and specifications in detail and clarify any unclear aspect to the execution team.
- Ensure that all the technical information required for the execution of the works is available that is by the well coordination with the project management main office.
- Consult with the all stockholders such as owner, consultant, sub-contractors, commercial authorities and any other related person or authority in all matters related to the project (designs - details - materials - method statements - quality ……) to ensure handing over according to the main deliverables of the project and within project time schedule and its allocated budget.
-manage the preparation of project reports such as progress reports, financial reports and HR reports and send it regularly to the main office
- Full awareness about the terms of the contracts concluded between the company and the all stockholders.
- coordinate between the sub- contractors and other specialist engineers such as MEP, civil, architectural, interiors, exteriors and landscapers …. To drive the site quietly and regularly till handover the project
- Ensure the project runs according to construction legislations and safety standard
- Manage the testing, commissioning and inspections by local authorities till handover of the project
