• Gather all the redeemed vouchers with the redemption forms / retailers claim from the contracted retailers’ by bi weekly basis after the validity period finished immediately.
• Verified All retailers’ claims based on the vouchers receipt amount and the designated items.
• Conduct regular visits to contracted retailers, track and monitor the exchange process and collect all the exchanged vouchers and receipts from the suppliers as in the instruction.
• Assist in solving any issues happened between the beneficiaries and the retailers
• Document the beneficiaries’ complain, feedback and comments regarding any contracted retailer and share it with the verification coordinator.
• Conduct prices monitor visits with the contracted retailers and any other retailers.
• Deal with the beneficiaries’ records and redeemed vouchers receipt confidentially and professionally.
• Ensure that the WFP program is implemented in ways that are responsive to communities and beneficiaries, in line with SC’s principles, values and strategic plan and compliant with SC’s procedures.
• Monitor program implementation and ensure accurate, timely data collection.
• Ability and willingness to dramatically change work practices and hours, and work with incoming surge teams, in the event of crisis or emergency
