Effluent (TSE) line Using HDPE Pipes

• Installation and Testing (Hydrostatic pressure and leakage tests).
• HDPE pipe welding using Butt Fusion and Electro Fusion
• Shutdown and Connection to Existing pipeline and Commissioning.
• Construction of the Various Types of the Chambers (Air valve, Washout, Gate valve,
flowmeter chamber, etc.).

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
• In charge of all site activities to ensure that works are being executed in compliance with approved drawings, method statements and other relevant submittals.
• Develop and prepare the execution plan and methodology for the field works in compliance with the KPI, project schedule and applicable authority regulations.
• Prepare any and all submittals including but not limited to the relevant method statements, shop drawings
• Prepare work requisition for all required permanent materials, and prepare material submittals, submittals log, take-off list and follow-up of the approval process.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical and construction challenges in a manner that will maintain progress on site and minimize any impacts on project.
• Plan, organize and prioritize the work and prepare reports to the Project Manager.
• Coordinates with all projects related personnel on day-to-day progress of work activities to ensure timely completion of the project and to provide needed assistance and technical support.
• Monitors the Construction works in the Precast yard.
• Assign responsibilities and monitoring project team at the site.
• Coordinates materials and assists in the logistics, its shipment and receipt at construction site.
• Develops and prepares daily and weekly reports as well as preparation of detailed work plans and look ahead programs to ensure proper work progress and reporting.
• Attend and participate in meetings with clients and consultant and address any and all relevant execution issues.

network at ALkhawaneej-2nd

Construction of 140 deep manholes (Max.
depth 25 m-13 Km NDRC) using the
different types of shoring systems (Sheet
piles, Soldier pile and lagging, Secant
Piles).

• Construction, installation, testing (Air Test,
Deflection test, water test) and commissioning
of around 140 KM (Max depth 12 m - open
cut and temporary shoring excavation)
sewerage and drainage network (160-1300
mm) UPVC and GRP pipes.
• Road reinstatement and all the associated
works to the scope
