•Created specification books, shared in cost estimate reduction; managed all phases of both projects through construction administration including weekly construction meeting.

•Designed multiple high-end residential and restaurant projects in the US, Sweden, and the Middle East.

•Renovation of many current Citibank branches analyzed space request (average 5, 000 SF) and provided long term planning for effective usage, implementing new Citigroup standard.
•Create project schedules, outlined critical deadlines and milestones, and ensured all code and client’s standards are met.
•Conceptual design for phase two for Sheraton Meadow Lands, New Jersey including all public spaces (restaurant, reception, meeting rooms, Guest Suites)
•Space plans for Atlantic city Bally’s casino / restaurant and finish selection
•Conceptual design for Dover Downs in Delaware including designs for Spa suits, Billiard rooms and main corridors, material and color selection, client presentation, shop drawing checking.
•Designed and renovated multiple branches for Prudential NJ. Created all presentation boards.

Responsibilities include:
• Schematic Design for Four Seasons Hotel & Resort (mock up rooms) and VIP suites, checked shop drawing during all design phases.
• Prepared all construction documents for Large governmental Hospital project including (counters, doors and frames with fire retardant specification, operation room doors)
• Handled all Holiday Inn project phases, issued project document for bidding and construction.
