KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Prepare periodic financial reports as per the financial manager instructions
• Supervise, examine and analyze accounting records, financial statements, or other
financial reports to assess accuracy, completeness and conformance to procedural
standards.
• Supervise and reconcile sub ledger reports on monthly basis in addition to creating the
final trial balance
• Perform project cost forecasts/budgets, cost tracking, monitoring and control
• Review and approve payment vouchers & journal entries
• Supervise, update and maintain the general ledger and chart of accounts to reflect the
transactional activities.
• Register and maintain fixed assets, lead the valuation of fixed assets, adjusting for
depreciation
• Supervise and ensure proper recording and accuracy of all transactions.
• Review and validate payroll summary in coordination with the relevant members.
• Assist external auditors in ensuring that audits are completed timely through collaborating
and providing required data
• Prepare the managements and accounts reports
