Enterprise Risk Management Tasks:
- Conduct a monthly meeting with stakeholders to facilitate risk activities (Identification, Assessment, Response and Monitor).
- Follow up the implementation of risk plan with risk champions and stakeholders.
- Update ERM monthly dashboard using Excel, PowerPoint, and Power BI.
- Create and update the monthly ERM report for SANS leadership team.
Governance Management Tasks:
- Engage in governance maturity assessment.
- Participate in governance gap assessment in line with ISO 37000 standards with a
consulting company.
- Communicate with stakeholders to provide governance standards and guidelines.
- Participate in creating governance yearly report.

• Lead and monitor project progress includes the milestone, deliverables, and payments with an agreed timeframe and quality.
• Monitor project progress, identify risks, and provide recommendations to address issues and deviations from plans.
• Conduct project reviews and lessons learned sessions to identify areas for improvement.
• Build and maintain the strategic relationships with our clients.
• Ensure that the customer and client are satisfied with services and product delivered.
