Managing the teller & back office functions to ensure the quality service to customers by projecting ADIB’s professional image & maintenance of operational controls & continuous improvement for operational & service efficiency.
Responsibilities:
Operations Support - Review, control & approval.
Cash Vault - Dual control of branch Vault.
Teller Area - Providing cash to tellers for daily business transactions, approving daily transactions for remittances & other products (drafts, payment orders, currency exchange, safe boxes), where applicable approving the override of transactions exceeding specified teller limits.
Cash Management - Managing branch cash as per cash holding limit.
Back office Area - Process & balance daily inward & outward clearing transactions.
ATM - cash replenishment, reconciliation, captured cards, ATM cash deposits & changing status of ATM cards to warm
Review of system processing entries & vouchers
Reconciliation & review of errors in teller transactions.
Be a custodian for dual control of security stationery.
Monitor & update Alarm, CCTV & deletion of access cards.
Maintain & update the branch key register
Perform reconciliation of trial balance & branch accounts with general ledger.
Management of Service Delivery.
Staff Management - coordination.
Managing the customer service function to ensure the delivery of quality service to customers, while projecting the warm image of ADIB. Maintenance of operational controls and continuous improvement in operations for customer service efficiency.
Responsibilities:
Deposit Account Documentation, Handle enquiries related to deposit accounts. Opening and closing deposit accounts ensure proper completion of form; observe KYC policies and CB instructions.
Finance accounts documentations, Handle enquiries related to finance and covered cards, proper maintenance of customer files, prepare finance application and obtain necessary approvals. Input of data in the system, ensure proper completion of forms.
Sales Management of services delivery, Sell and cross Sell ADIB’s products and promote ADIB’s image.
Attracts potential customers by answering product and service questions; suggesting information about other products and services.
Opens customer accounts by recording account information.
Maintains customer records by updating account information.
Resolves product or service problems by clarifying the customer's complaint; determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem; expediting correction or adjustment; following up to ensure resolution.
Maintains financial accounts by processing customer adjustments.
Recommends potential products or services to management by collecting customer information and analyzing customer needs.
Prepares product or service reports by collecting and analyzing customer information.
Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
Delivering quality teller service to customers via accurate and efficient processing, while projecting ADIB's professional image in all interpersonal dealing.
Cash Deposits & Cash Withdrawals.
Other Transactions such as Drafts, Payment Orders, Standing Orders, Foreign Currency Purchase & Sales, Cheque Deposits, etc.
General reconciliation & control activities.
Cross sell or identify & refer product inquiries.
Knowledge of ADIB’s Operational policies & procedures
Knowledge of Cross sales.
