In my current role, I lead the EYFS phase, overseeing the provision for a class of 20 children while ensuring high-quality teaching and learning across the setting. I plan and deliver a play-based curriculum in line with the EYFS framework, monitor children’s progress to inform next steps, and support all learners, including those with additional needs. I also mentor and guide staff, work closely with parents and senior leaders, and ensure strong safeguarding, behaviour, and wellbeing practices, creating a nurturing environment that supports early development and school readiness.
