• Communicate potential customers and business organizations, develop network to grow business relations, attract corporate and individual customers and participate in Sales Meetings, conference, seminars, trade promotions etc.
• Handling of incoming customer calls, enquiries and grievance
• Attend sales call from major corporate client and monitor collection and processing issues, prepare bids, quotations and account maintenance
• Prepare proposal quote, pricing, make Proposal drawing using Auto CAD, Revision Form for Head office for Pricing, Work Order Form & Change Order Form etc.
• Visit, entertain, communicate or call customer to maintain jovial business relationship and order procurement.
• Analyze building codes, by-laws, space and site requirements, and other technical documents and reports to determine their effect on architectural designs
• Operate computer-aided drafting equipment or conventional drafting station to produce designs, working drawings, charts, forms and records
• Obtain and assemble data to complete architectural designs, visiting job sites to compile measurements as necessary
• Prepare drawings of landscape, layout and designs, cost estimates, contracts, bidding documents and technical reports for presentation to client and display models
• Monitor, Coordinate & follow up with Certified Builders at the procedures of erection through a technical assistance to ensure the highest quality Steel Buildings.

5. Arrange Technical Session/Program with Engineers.
