Responsible for the full engineering package for WWTP:
Civil Guide and General Arrangement drawings.
Piping and BIM activities (i.e. Plant 3D, Revit)
Process and Hydraulic (HFD, PFD, mass balance).
Hydraulic and air calculations (e.g. Pumps, Line sizing, ...)
Equipment and load list
Coordinating between different teams (Electrical, Instruments and Control, Project Management and Consultants).
Coordinating with Structural, Architectural, MEP teams.
Following up with PM team to comply with Client CRS.
Issuing equipment RFQ and following up with suppliers.

Prepare full engineering details for Waste Water Treatment Plants.
Prepare mechanical and hydraulic calculations.
Prepare associated piping and selection of pumps and air blowers.
Responsible for engineering design package (hydraulic profile, civil guide, P&ID, MTO...).
Definition of equipment selections and specifications for WWTP.
Review consultant's and client's comments and update drawings and technical submittals.
Participate in the progress and coordination meetings of the design projects.

Responsible for the preliminary process, hydraulic and pumps calculations.
Prepare and size the required mechanical equipment.
Prepare the design package (Layout, P&ID, PFD, Civil Guide, Piping, …).
Design mechanical equipment (mechanical screens, conveyors, clarifiers, mixers, aerators, storage & surge tanks).
Prepare detailed workshop drawing for manufacturing using AutoCAD and Solidworks.

Study the tender documents for WWTP.
Prepare the required mechanical and hydraulic calculations.
Prepare technical and commercial proposals.
Negotiate with suppliers on both technical and commercial aspects.
