Responsible for all operations related tasks in store including running inventory,
daily check-ups and daily replenishment.
Responsible for store-run kiosks including POS, Inventory and VM.
• Delivering an excellent customer experience to all customers using
appropriate sales techniques, product knowledge and promotions along
with after sale checkup.
• Achieve allocated sales target by using multiple sales techniques digital and in
store.
• Maintain checkout operations by following policies and procedures and
reporting needed changes.
• Point of sale, cash handing and Balance cash drawer by counting at beginning
and end of work shift.
• Monitor all issues related to local rules and regulations are implemented in
the shop such as pricing, labeling, license validity, and safety conditions.

Responsible for providing excellent customer service and driving the business through
sales, by using physical and digital channels to connect with the customers anywhere
and anytime and deliver a seamless and consistent high level of service and build
strong and loyal customer relations.
• Achieve the sales target allocated to the store by participating with the
sales executive team in generating sales through multiple in store and
distant sales techniques. Communicate features and benefits of merchandise beyond the basics,
current fashion trends and sales techniques in order to appeal to the
ultimate customers needs.
• Ensure consistency in customer service delivered and handle all complaints.
• Use all digital resources to interact with customers on regular bases and
build strong customer loyalty. Ensure using 3x3x3 rule of client follow up
and manage VIP clients appointments.
• Maintain high standards of Visual Merchandising and stock rotation by
Implementing all merchandising as per the brands visual merchandising
guidelines.
• Monthly Inventory check up to ensure proper record of all stock movements.
• Conduct daily walkthroughs to check presentation standards.
• Order and replenish all goods to avoid any out-of-stock situation.
• Enter all received goods in the systems inventory and ensure ZERO stock
variation.
◦ Point of sale (POS) & Cash Handling.
• Collaborate with the store manager into form a cohesive team focused on
creating an exciting and innovative shopping environment.
• Monitor and ensure that all issues related to local rules and regulations are
implemented in the shop such as pricing products, labeling on products,
license validity, and safety conditions.

Responsible to assist the Senior Sales in managing the team, ensuring the
attainment of sales target, delivering an outstanding customer service, maintaining
the shop and brands merchandizing and managing the stock, in alignment with the
companys policies and procedures.
