• Conducts investigation of all work connected incidents (near misses, etc.) to which the objective is to correct and avert repetition of similar accidents.
• Conduct safety orientation for newly hired employees.
• Conduct safety toolbox meeting regularly.
• Conduct continuous awareness of ALL employees in reporting Near Misses and Unsafe Conditions.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, other site contractors as to safety and work related matters on the company.
