As the go to person in the Nutrition division of Ismail Industries Limited, I am responsible for both
local and international business, boasting an annual turnover of +USD 80M which accounts for on
average 200 export containers per month (including sea & overland). Im primarily responsible for
Integrated Business Planning and customer management of all customers (International & Local)
for this division along with Improved servicing lead times in order fulfilment cycle. As part of a
greater S&OP process, Im responsible for managing customer service KPIs in collaboration with
external & internal stakeholders including top management, supply chain, factory/production,
store/warehouse, transporters, freight forwarders, clearing agents, and banks, to determine where
delays are being experienced and how efficiencies can be reaped.

• Coordination with global sites (CIS countries and USA, Canada, Malaysia)
• Coordination with plant to ensure timely production of finished goods.
• Ensure timely supplies and optimizing inventory levels
• Responsible to reduce stock outs
• Monitor SLOBs and reduce risk of write offs
• Align supply constraints with Value/Volume Planning.

Detailed Description:
• Working on floating the Request for Quotations (RFQs)
• Evaluation of Bidders; both Commercial and Technical.
• Negotiating with the selected party.
• Ensuring Contracts distribution to the interested/user parties.
• Supporting the End Users in the execution of Contract
• Maintain a detailed file for every contract for audits
• Registering the Contract data in the database systems (ERP)
• Ensuring smooth End-to-End supply chain process.
• Procured goods & services worth PKR 400M+.
• Hands on experience of working on Oracle and SAP (Materials Management Module)

• Perform an overall quality control check for all product related content on the website.
• Compose, modify and update product related information using Content Management
Systems.
• Screen images at the photography stage to ensure premium image quality.
• Prepare size charts for all apparel brands.

• Handling Karachi office Procurement.
• Maintaining inventory records.
• Resolving employee issues related to procured products.
• Coordinating with vendors/suppliers.

• Studying and ensuring the implementation of Standards and SOP’s.
• Inventory Reconciliation & Audit of warehouse involved stocks.
• Monitoring the process of Incoming of Supplies both imported and local.
• Monitoring the process of Distribution.
• Monitoring the necessary SAP transactions related to Warehousing & Distribution.
• Monitoring the services of the third party Distributor and Logistics Service Providers.
