Being a coordinator i make the contract letters of the companies, making market research and assisting director of sales regarding market trends is included in my job. In absence of Sales Managers i take care of all there all activities like working on their follow ups and attending corporate clients. Other than it office administrative work and monthly sales reports also made by me. Interaction with other operational departments was also my job responsibility.
Allocation of guest rooms
Assist guests regarding hotel queries
To ensure that all guest concerns and expectations are proactively met and/exceeded in a timely manner.
Playing a proactive role in developing and maintaining guest database coordinated in cohesion with other departments like Reservation and Food & Beverages.
Receiving guest payments and issuing receipts
Assisting Front Office Manager regarding daily operations & Groups
Supervising the front office staff regarding their job assignments
Maintaining the guest feedback and keeping its proper follow up
Keep on control the inventory
Taking care of cash flow in the hotel
Dealing with the guests regarding their Room bills and Events
Assist Financial Controller regarding operational activities on weekly bases
Being Night Auditor used to do the audit of all financial transactions
Made the final and day end reports of the hotel
