- Responsible for the operations of Contract, Purchasing, Logistics and Warehouse for all Farabi plans
- Plan and implement the overall Supply Chain strategy
- Collaborate with Sales, Operations, and all End Users Departments.

Implementing an integrated SAP system that centralized   a joint  procurement  functions  to  coordinate  and   administer  the  buying activities between  SAMREF and   Saudi  Aramco  to  capitalize on  local  content  by  increasing the  purchasing power 
and  focusing in cost reduction

-Set  Department  objectives in line with  the  overall   company  objectives. 
-Set  and  developing  department policies,   procedures and  PO  Ts  &  Cs.   
‐Managing and Distributing PRs and buyers performance.
-Managing vendors registration,  qualification and KPIs. 
-Managing logistics activities and performance.   
-Highlight repeated materials that potential for Blanket Agreement or duty exemption.

Managing contracts, supplier negotiation, negotiating contract terms and conditions.
 Managing the contract database.
 Assisting with contract development, administration, tracking and analysis.
 Locates and arranges for purchase of materials and services.
 Prepares RFQ, purchase orders or bid proposals and reviews requisitions for materials and services.
 Communication with supplier performance and contract compliance.
 Coordinate with all levels of management to gather, analyse, summarize, and prepare recommendations.
 Administer large, long term contracts.
