- Plan and implement the overall Supply Chain strategy

Implementing an integrated SAP system that centralized a joint procurement functions to coordinate and administer the buying activities between SAMREF and Saudi Aramco to capitalize on local content by increasing the purchasing power
and focusing in cost reduction
-Set Department objectives in line with the overall company objectives.
-Set and developing department policies, procedures and PO Ts & Cs.
‐Managing and Distributing PRs and buyers performance.
-Managing vendors registration, qualification and KPIs.
-Managing logistics activities and performance.
-Highlight repeated materials that potential for Blanket Agreement or duty exemption.

Assisting with contract development, administration, tracking and analysis.
Locates and arranges for purchase of materials and services.
Prepares RFQ, purchase orders or bid proposals and reviews requisitions for materials and services.
Communication with supplier performance and contract compliance.
Coordinate with all levels of management to gather, analyse, summarize, and prepare recommendations.
Administer large, long term contracts.
