• Architecture and Interior design construction documents review.
• Site inspections and snagging.
• Coordinate on a daily basis all site activities related to finishes, FF&E, and Signage packages.
• Coordinate the architecture and interior scope with all other disciplines.
• Coordinate the installation of FF&E and Signage items.
• Preparing weekly status reports for both FF&E and Signage Packages.
• Scope of Work: FF&E Package - Signage Package - Fit-out.
• Coordinate with Lead/Senior Architect and Senior Interior Designer following initial client briefing to interpret Design Brief.
• Develop FF&E programming schedule/s.
• Be responsible for the full FF&E presentation boards and finishes for client presentations.

• Be in close liaison with the appointed FF&E contractors to meet the FF&E scope requirement and to ensure that it’s coordinated properly with the main Contractor scope to meet all Client and End User expectations.
• Assist the Senior Interior Designer in his duties and inspections.
• Work closely with the client representative during the tender evaluation and material transmittal approval.
• Responsible for all phases of project planning and design from initial site visit to as built and drafting.
• Estimate material requirements and costs, and presents design to client for approval & Selects or designs and purchases furnishings, art works, and accessories.
• Coordinate with architects, electricians, plumbers and others to complete the job in a timely and cost-effective manner.
• Keep the project on budget and on schedule.
Communicates with clients to assess what they want and need in a space, and then present ideas for meeting those goals in a compelling way.
Plans, designs, and furnishes interior environments of residential and commercial buildings: Confers with client to determine architectural preferences, purpose and function of environment, budget, types of construction, equipment to be installed, and other factors which affect planning interior environments.
Integrates findings with knowledge of interior design and formulates environmental plan to be practical, esthetic, and lead to intended purposes.
Advise client on interior design factors, such as space planning, layout and utilization of furnishings and equipment, color schemes, and color coordination.
Estimates material requirements and costs, and presents design to client for approval & Selects or designs and purchases furnishings, art works, and accessories.
Oversee the coordination of the showroom display and the level of the performance of salesmen and periodic evaluation of the work for them
