To develop and administer Manuals, plans, procedures, Work instructions & programs to ensure compliance to the implemented systems as well as national & international standards applicable for Quality, safety, health and environmental, Food Safety, energy, social, such as and not limited to ( ISO 9001, ISO22000, FSSC, BRC Food safety & IOP, OHSAS, SEDEX, ISO 50001, HALAL, RSPO, ISO IEC17025, Quality Mark ....)

Conducting document review on all operation sectors across three plants(arma food industries, arma oils industries&arma soap and detergents)
-Monitor implemented systems( ISO 9001QMS, ISO 22000 FSMS, BRC food safety, BS.18001 OHSAS, ISO 50001 EMS&customer needed systems such as YUM! FSA & HALAL and advise other departments on system performance across the three plants.
-Perform traceability exercises for raw materials&FG on across manufacturing plants according to planned and trial numbers and conduct systems gaps analysis that revealed during the exercises or trials and sustain in find solution covering the gaps
- Publish statistics regarding performance against set goals
-Share in establishment and updating of Policies, Procedures&SOP's for operations and administration across all plants & review required updates
-Perform internal QA audits that are compliant with corporate policies, practices, and procedures
-Follow up tracking systems and reporting the current status of NCR's and confirm execution of corrective and preventive actions & review action plan and current status of planned targets, take the appropriate action toward achieving planned target
- Implement necessary internal quality assurance systems, GMPs &infrastructure to support company growth.
-Manage&perform quality assurance audits activities over processing, filling & packaging departments across all plants with issuing a separate report clarifies all non compliance
against the applied standards
-Collaborate with QA team to ensure full customer satisfaction with the company’s system, products and services.
-Prepare department monthly reports (BSC) balance score card for achievements compared with planned target and share in establishment monthly action plan for the department and follow up execution of established plan
-Establish and maintain a QA program for monitoring supplier quality, including audits, controls, and other qualifiers
-Share in all external audits performed by 3rd.parties

Execute Internal Audit
-Ensure good execution of the quality systems
-Responsible for all quality issues at unipak nile
-Responsible for quality control through production cycle
-Execute tests and inspections on Row materials (RM) and other raw . . materials
-Ensure calibration of equipment and tools as appropriate
-Ensure the processes needed for the quality management systems are
established, implemented and maintained
-Ensure the promotion of awareness of customer requirements through out the . organization.
Determined the sequences and interaction of the processes which needed for . QMSs.
determined the criteria and methods inquired to ensure the effective . . operations and control of the process
Also to be sure that out -sourcing process are effectively managed in the core . . processes.

Familiar with quality standards (ISO 9001, ISO14001, &OHSAS18001)
-Collecting &analysis data related to the quality
-Documintation.
-Proceed order and samples as per requirements, implements all comments and changes according to customer
-Follow up for standards and specification implementation.
-Ensure the quality of the product through PIS (product information sheets) &SOP(standard operationg procedures.
-Responsable for manufacturing of all product at the plant.
-Responsable for operating within budget through (usages values &costed weight.
-Direct training for new personnel who concerned with manufacturing &Preparations of the row materials .
-Finished product loading inspection.
-Responsable for safety criteria of plant operation are taken fully in to account.
-Analysis of row materials, packaging materials& finished product .(physical, chemical &microbiological)
-Administrates asmooth running of stores operation (loading, materials storage&damadges claims)
-Internal audit
-Familiar with (HACCP system, GMPs, GHPs& GLPs)
