Leading the facility team to manage all the company facilities including all workshops, administration buildings, Accommodation and Catering, firefighting systems and all the proprieties details.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide reports to the RCMC- Royal Commission which is considered the owner of Makkah public Transportation project.
- Projects management and supervising and coordinating work of contractors.
- Monitoring the implementation of all works and their conformity to designs, including.
(civil works, electromechanical works, supply and installation of fire protection systems &Accommodation and Catering.
- follow-up to the implementation of the installation of diesel pumps for the central fuel station).
- Planning to operate the project buildings in stages, in coordination with the consultant.
- Planning to create manpower that includes soft and hard services to run 24/07 hours.
- Direct, coordinate, and plan essential central services such as reception, contractors, security, maintenance, mail, archiving, cleaning, sterilization, infection control, catering, waste disposal, and recycling.
- Responding appropriately to emergencies or urgent issues as they arise and dealing with the consequences.
- Using performance management and KPI techniques to monitor and demonstrate achievement of agreed service levels and to lead on improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
• Projects management and supervising and coordinating work of contractors.
• Calculating and comparing costs for required goods or services to achieve maximum value for money.
• Planning for future development in line with strategic business objectives.
• Managing and leading change to ensure minimum disruption to core activities.
• Direct, coordinate, and plan essential central services such as reception, contractors, security, maintenance, mail, archiving, cleaning, sterilization, infection control, catering, waste disposal, and recycling.
• Ensuring the building meets health and safety requirements and that facilities comply with legislation. Keeping staff safe.
Planning best allocation and utilization of space and resources for new buildings, or reorganizing current
premises.
Checking that agreed work by staff or contractors has been completed satisfactorily and following up on any deficiencies.
• Coordinating and leading one or more teams to cover various areas of responsibility.
• Using performance management techniques to monitor and demonstrate achievement of agreed service
levels and to lead on improvement.
• Responding appropriately to emergencies or urgent issues as they arise and dealing with theconsequences.
Supervise all the electromechanical activities in the center to maintain a 5 start services to all hospital patients, visitors and employees.
Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise all maintenance and repair jobs of the facilities and equipments, of HVAC, mechanical, electrical, and fire fighting systems
• Develop and implement a facility management program including corrective, preventative maintenance
• Oversee facility refurbishment and renovations and life-cycle requirements
• Manage facility central services of : reception, security, cleaning, catering, waste disposal and parking
Coordinate intra-office space management
• Ensure compliance with health and safety standards and industry codes.
• Implement best practice processes to increase efficiency.
• Manage and review service contracts to ensure facility management needs are being met.
• Evaluate quotes and tenders from vendors and suppliers.
Calculate and compare costs for goods and services to maximize cost-effectiveness.
• Negotiate contracts to optimize delivery and cost saving.
• Manage subcontractors and vendors while sustain good relationships.

Key Responsibilities:
• Set up standard apparatus tests of equipment's and circuitry to conduct functional, operational, environmental, and life tests to evaluate performance and reliability of prototype or production models.
• Adjust, calibrate, align, and modify circuitry and components then record effects on unit performance. Assemble experimental circuitry to complete prototype model according to engineering instructions, technical manuals, and good knowledge of electronic systems and components.
• Write technical reports and develop charts, graphs, and schematics to describe and illustrate system's operating characteristics, malfunctions, deviations from design specifications, and functional limitations for consideration by engineers in broader determinations affecting system design and laboratory procedures.
