Aalya is well motivated, independent, resourceful, and an excellent colleague. Her teamwork skills are excellent and she demonstrated her ability to successfully lead a project group within the department. She definitely has the skills to succeed and the students love her classes at the university. As my student she was excellent in IT and furthermore has the leadership skills necessary to any business. Her excellent GPA at the university also proves her excellent intellectual abilities. Furthermore, her communication skills are excellent and both her written and spoken English are excellent too. She also has a good skill of being able to network with people and motivate them to achieve a common goal.
