Manage the operations functions of the all unit & branches.
Carry out all administrative tasks, ensuring all activities are completed within timescales and with a high degree of accuracy, whilst providing excellent customer service, to both external and internal customers, and adhering to all appropriate process and procedures.
Ensure compliance with policy, procedures, standards and reporting requirements, plus any relevant regulatory and statutory requirements.
Identify and recommend improvements to procedures and processes to improve process and service levels.
Generate all daily report & review all transactions during the day.
Responsible to monitor all other CSOs on the branch & provide daily report about them productivity.

Prepares journal entries, debit note, credit note, performs bank reconciliations, cash, Inter- Bank Fund Transfers and reconciles general ledger accounts.
Prepare and check Invoices and obtains approval when required.
Establish regular procedures and performs scheduled analysis of general Ledger, balance sheets and clearing accounts, liability accounts, and Inventory accounts.
Review and control recording of sales and receivables and maintain customer’s accounts in order to ensure that accounts receivables reflect correct and accurate status of receivables.
Monitor all receipts, bank transfer data entry into system.
To keep update tax record i.e. income tax, sale tax, excise duty and (VAT) value added tax as per regulations.
Help in preparation of tax/tax credit reports and review the report before filing to tax authority.

Manage credit control and billing team including coaching, training, and ongoing performance management.
