Achievements:

1- I was able to resolve permanently a connection issue in Call Center System as it’s been unresolved for period of time before I joined. Now the system is stable after the resolution I provided.

2- Before I joined Al Kindi, the IT team was unable to identify the cause of a common issue that was accruing to most of PCs for a long time, and due to my precise troubleshooting and skills, I have successfully resolved this issue permanently in short of period of time.

3- Some tasks were done manually by IT team on each PC, so I have created new GPO polices to deploy these tasks on all PCs automatically, which have saved time and effort.

4- My guidance and support to my IT team assisted in resolving many end users’ issues.

5- When I joined, I was able to negotiate properly with vendors for AMC renewals, and I was able to reduce the annual prices which saved more money for the hospital.

6- I have the ability to provide effective technology solutions and in the same time save a lot of money for the company.

2- Supporting all bank applications such as:

- Heat System. - Equation. - Citrix System.

3- Creating tickets for each user and generate a weekly / monthly report.

4- Preparing and Installing PCs for users like (formatting, installing windows and softwares…etc).

5- Developing applications when I think it would be useful for the process of work.

6- Assisting my manager and colleagues in some tasks which weren’t assign to me to reduce the number of opened tickets.


Achievements:

1- Was able to reduce number of faults since the IT Support Center was launched in Dec 2004.

2- Generating Reports that helped in identifying common problems and solving them permanently.
