Leading the Quality and Compliance function of EBOS (Extended Business Office Solutions) in India. Working with project teams to identify areas of improvement for the client as well as for the HGS EBOS engagement teams. Manage and control all the HIPAA compliance regulatory policies and procedures across EBOS engagements. Monitor and implement all the international certification standards (ISO27001, GLBA, eSCM and HIPAA) across client engagements. Was successful in getting EBOS accredited with all these certifications within a span of 3 months. Conduct periodic self-assessment exercises to ensure all standards are followed.
