As Head of Export Marketing:
o Handling business development and operations of annual exports amounting USD60 Million.
o Ease pressures of overheads on the company, caused due to additional production capacity, through resumption of exports of clinker, particularly developing Bangladeshi, Sri Lankan and East African Markets for the same.
o Closely monitoring and managing clinker operations which includes liaison with all concerned stakeholders including shipping agents, clearing agents, stevedores, port authorities and transporters.
o Working to develop market of Philippines for Cement and, increase ACPL’s Share in Madagascar Market.
As Head of Institutional Sales:
o Managing 15-16% of share in total sales mix of local sales and handling monthly sales of PKR300 Million.
o Retaining some important customers of traditional sectors of ACPL’s Institutional Sales to Textile and Health Industries.
As Head of Export Marketing:
o Looking after all existing and prospective export markets for the purpose of business development and assist to identify appropriate new business opportunities available in international arena.
o Develop annual export business plan with export team and deliver presentation of entire strategy to management.
o Administer efficient working of export sales staff and develop necessary strategies to ensure that all export objectives are met within required timelines.
o Assess all reports submitted by export sales staff and recommend appropriate changes if required.
o Looking after end-to-end operations of exports.
As Head of Institutional Sales:
o Identifying and cultivating prospects and/or clients.
o Initiates and follows up on new business opportunities.
o Leading new business meetings with corporate clients and closing sales with institutional investors and consultants.
o Leveraging the organization’s relationship with existing institutional accounts by developing and executing proactive, creative, and ongoing contact initiatives.
o Ensures that product and sales materials are always updated and focused for the applicable presentation, conference, or opportunity.
Works closely with ACPL’s Team Members to further develop sales opportunities
Studied markets of foreign countries and determine which countries are the most likely to buy flexible packaging films. Visited, monitored & have been continuously developing customers in Sri Lanka, Turkey, Kenya and USA.
Provided market feedback to the company leaders regarding competitive offerings, prospect needs and generated product development ideas.
Visit the potential global customers and closed deals with them. Set off and support marketing activities, including trade shows, exhibitions etc.
Local Sales
o Understood clients' needs, negotiated deals, and maintained relationships with them.
o Proactively advised such lines of action which can help develop and improve our plastic films' products.
o Drove channel sales by developing relationships and evangelizing solutions with channel partner sales teams.

Exports
o Monitored entire export of CPP and BOPET films and ensured compliance of all matters, ranging from business development to export operations, to organizational policies and procedures.
o Liaised and provided support to agents, distributors and representatives abroad involved in introducing, marketing and raising awareness about existing and new products.
o Coordinated with management and plan participation in all related trade shows.
o Maintained all operational records to prepare all sales projections and establish profitability in organization.

Product Accounts (Finance)
• Call on policyholders to deliver and explain life insurance policy, to analyze insurance program and suggest additions or changes, or to change beneficiaries.
• Interview prospective clients to obtain data about their financial resources and needs, the physical condition of the person to be insured, and to discuss any existing coverage.
• Sell various types of life insurance policies to individuals.
• Contact underwriter and submit forms to obtain binder coverage.
• Ensure that policy requirements are fulfilled, including any necessary medical examinations and the completion of appropriate forms.
