• I am managing complete employment end to end portfolio being as HR Generalist, which includes Talent acquisition, competence development, training & orientation, talent management, employee engagement, performance management, coaching, organization capability development, business process analysis, organization structure and change management.
• Involved in 80% of recruitment for White Collar staff, which are related to MEP, ELV & IT Engineers, most of them are Civil, Mechanical Engineers and Sales Managers which usually finds from ( Ardex, BASF, Fosroc, SIKA and other Big names) also I am looking after HR of Joint Venture business which deals in technical competence. Like IT / Estimations for Fire Alarm, CCTV, Access Controls, Crack injections, Fire stopping, water proofing and Interior FITOUTs.
• Worked in special projects such as planning and executing transitions & integration projects during Mergers & Acquisitions, planning and organizing large / strategic recruitment programs, designing processes for shared service center and conducting compensation & benefit reviews and bench marking exercises. Familiar with Pakistan and Qatar labor laws.
