• I am managing complete employment end to end portfolio being as HR Generalist, which includes Talent acquisition, competence development, training & orientation, talent management, employee engagement, performance management, coaching, organization capability development, business process analysis, organization structure and change management.

• Involved in 80% of recruitment for White Collar staff, which are related to MEP, ELV & IT Engineers, most of them are Civil, Mechanical Engineers and Sales Managers which usually finds from ( Ardex, BASF, Fosroc, SIKA and other Big names) also I am looking after HR of Joint Venture business which deals in technical competence.
