Royal Saudi Land Force Aviation Command Rotary Wing Program often referred to as the APACHE Program.
• Actual quantity take-off on sites, ability to estimate quantities for unforeseen or hidden items, and capability to measure and/or calculate quantities from design drawing;
• Preparing BOQ’s including detailing of items with reference to specifications and scope of work
• Review of structural design plan (IFC drawings) and specifications prior and during execution.
• Value completed work, oversee bills and payments.
• Interim payment certificate submission to consultant and approval works.
• Checking and verifying of all invoices from subcontractors.
• price/forecast the cost of the different materials needed for the project
• liaise with the consultants and other construction professionals, such as site managers, project managers and site engineers.
•Good Experience in Quantity take-off from CAD file and Pdf file using application (plan swift).
•Managing operations for Pre & post Contracts.
•Quantity takeoff for the Items to be procured and to be executed, mainly Structure work, Architectural work.
•Quantity Takeoff for Procurement and Scheduling.

Project/Cost: Sanviyath Sheikh Mohammed bin Othaimeen/$12 M (Saudi Riyal).
Responsibilities:
•Site inspections to ensure all works are in conformance with project plans, drawings, Specifications and codes.
•Checking technical designs and drawings to ensure that they are followed correctly.
•Supervising contracted staff.
•Follow up activities running on Site.
•Value completed work and arrange payments.
•Calculating Quantity of work executed for preparation of Payment certificates for subcontractors.
•Day to Day management of site, including supervising and monitoring labour force.
•Overseeing quality control and health and safety matters on site.
•Providing technical support on the project to resolve problem and discrepancies affecting project quality and progress.
•Preparing site reports and filling in other paperwork
Initiating project mobilization as per the approved site office plans for self and consultant.
•Ensure that the constructions are being implemented according to the approved plans.
•Coordinate and execute the project within the time schedule.
•Preparation of various submittals along with the weekly progress with look ahead program.
•Provide technical advice regarding design, construction or program modification as well as structural repairs to industrial managerial personnel.
