Prepare or edit terms and conditions involving company & site policies, health and safety rules and regulations.

Conduct regular meetings with existing clients to maintain good relations so as to receive regular enquiries for requirements.

Conduct regular follow up for receiving LPOs, Extension of LPOs & payments with all customers.

Generate new business opportunities from potential strategic accounts through market research and customer surveys to assess demands both existing and forecast.

Work in close contact with various divisions of the company like purchase, accounts, manpower, and design division.

Submit weekly report to the sales manager for won and expected business including weekly field reports.

Submit monthly sales and quote reports every month & discuss potential furutre business plans for the coming month with the Managing Director

Discuss stringent business planning quarterly, half yearly, and yearly sales plan & action at the start of every quarter.
