GENERAL EXPERIENCE
• Handle network infrastructure changes, incidents and task management as per ITIL standards.
• Analyse, define and document the technical requirements of the site.
• Managing site upgrade projects, defining the upgrade plans and creating the blue prints for the tasks.

• Applied experience with variety of Cisco, HPE, and Juniper networking devices, both in live and experimental environments.
• Applied experience with various networking technologies including but not limited to Routing Protocols (BGP and OSPF mostly, EIGRP in experimental environment), Switching Technologies, Internet Proxies, Network Security Technologies, Security Incident Analysis and Response, Enterprise Wireless Network Deployment and Security, IP Addressing scheme management, Network Monitoring Systems (Cisco Prime / Solar Winds), Cisco ISE network authentication, MPLS. Functional experience with HPE ArcSight.
• Basic Server Configurations using Microsoft Windows Server 2003/2008/2012 (Active Directory, Group Policy, SCCM, Exchange, DNS, DHCP, TMG etc.)
• Microsoft Windows Server Editions (2003, 2008, 2012) and Client editions (Vista, 7, 8, 10) and Windows Phone, Apple Mac OS and iOS, Linux distributions (Ubuntu, Fedora, RedHat, Android etc.) Installation and Troubleshooting.
• Basic understanding of McAfee and FireEye endpoint security services deployment and operations.
