Drive seal QRC performance metrics for QCT, OTP, and the required QRC KPI’s. Active
participation in Customer Service Supervisor Assignments and preparing Reports such as Repair
cycle time, Spare Cycle time, new unit cycle time, change outs, Follow up and Backlog report.
- Leading and supervising the team for the queries regarding VAT, Oracle and SAP implementation.
- Developing and preparing commercial proposals, Repair contracts after carefully evaluation of the
terms and conditions.
- Active participation in daily accountability meeting and weekly staff meeting with top management
to represent CSR team.
- Responsible for all aspects of contract/RFQ review, including proposal development, risk
management and specification compliance, scope development, transactional pricing, customer
negotiations, customer communications and issue resolution.
- Monitoring CSR team daily interaction with scheduling personnel and Traffic to provide timely follow-
up on customer orders and shipping schedule.
- Review customer RFQs terms and conditions and develop specific Terms and Conditions for
standard Customer proposals based on Risk / Reward Analysis.
Monitor acknowledging and processing customer purchase orders and approval for repair contract
on the same day of receipt.
- Ensure timely and comprehensive hand-over of high value projects to planning teams to make sure
the on-time delivery.
- Putting continuous effort to coordinate with planning team and to track orders and high value
projects to meet the deadlines and to update the customer proactively.
- Provides pricing, availability, schedule information to the customer. Play major role in assuring that
customer orders are manufactured and shipped on time and per specification.
- Monitor CSR team is getting and update from customers on already quoted proposals and the
reason of turnaround if there is any.
- Establish and maintain an on-going business relationship with customers, Sales, Operations, and
other Services and Solutions functions to promote the best interests of Flowserve Corporation.
- Sending month to date sales booking update to the top management.
- Supervising all major customer portal such ARAMCO, SADARA, SATORP, SASREF, SECO,
SABIC, & MAADEN etc.
- Supervision for the documentation for supplier registration process with new customers.
- Maintaining and managing confidential records such as new unit, Spares and Repair agreements.
- Reporting discrepancies and problems to the top management.
- Giving advice and guidance on product selection to customers.
