Perform routine maintenance checks and improve the efficiency of new and existing equipment and packaging machines. Sustain adequate residuals in piping and boiler systems by running detailed tests on water systems, evaluating the obtained results, and adding the appropriate amount of chemicals to them. Delivered significant process improvements and upgraded servo motors on Bunch Wrapper BU800, Dosing Acid Screw-from induction motors to servo motors, and Upgrading of Control system of MTA Chiller.
Increased protection on motors and curtailed energy/costs losses by installing the VFD system on the cooling tunnel.
Reduced operational failures in compressors of Zamil package units by installing safety protections and ultimately minimized major operational costs; executed numerous key projects such as Kaizens.
Significantly reduced the breakdown time and prevented material wastage by adjusting the conveyors' speeds.

o ACMA GD1001, ACMA GD 1200, & ACMA GD2002 & GD2001 Packaging Machines.

o Cylinder Cookers Cooling Tunnels & tables (Bosch, Klockner & Co and GEA).
o Batch feeder, Batch former, Rope Sizer & Die Machines (Bosch and Klockner & Co).

Performed end-to-end installing, commissioning troubleshooting, and repairing operations on instrumentation equipment. Performed end-to-end HMI screen development on EB-Pro, PLC Logic building on Unity Pro XL (Schneider-M340), wiring schematic of PLC in the panel, commissioning of PLC Panel & testing of Logic, communication of PLC with MTV-100 via Fiber Optic Network using ODF Panels & Media Convertors.
2- Dakhni Expansion Project OGDCL (Installation of Turbo Genset with WHRU and Refrigeration Package)
Duties include cost analysis of all consumables required for instrument installation, termination, testing & commissioning. Oversaw instruments installation, termination, and commissioning of the team.
3- Pakistan Beverages & Haidri Beverages (Pepsi Cola)
CIP System Installation and Commissioning in Pakistan Beverages & Haidri Beverages (Pepsi Cola).
4- HAC Agri Ltd
Automated overhead & underground water tanks and diesel oil tanks. Performed load shedding scheme management with Genset & Wapda Panels by using S7-200PLC & I CONICS SCADA System.
5- Raya Golf & Country Club
Raya Golf & Country Club Lahore Hot Water Boiler & Water treatment plant Installation and Comissioning by installing PLC & HMI System Fatak & Weintek.
6- Saman Ghee Mill
Executed panel wiring, installation, termination, testing, and commissioning of electrical and instrument equipment on the boiler.
Maintained extensive records of all equipment maintenance operations. Assisted in the design and implementation of machines by employing various instrumentation technologies and techniques. Planned and executed periodic maintenance checks involving prevention, prediction, and breakdown maintenance on complex equipment.
