• Oracle Group Audit FY 2025: Led the cash and bank process by supervising team members in executing
procedures across all Oracle entities in the EMEA and APAC regions. Independently managed the Dilapidation
procedure for all entities within scope during the year.
• Landmark Online Managed the complete statutory audit of LOIPL, focusing on critical
areas such as revenue and inventory, while reviewing audit work done by other team members.
• Led the statutory audit of BACL for FY25, gaining in-depth understanding of the
real estate leasing business. Executed audit procedures on leases, net investments, security deposits, revenue,
and reviewed other team members work.
• Conducted interim audit procedures on fixed assets.
• Performed the entire tax audit for FY24.
• Oracle Group Audit FY Executed cash and bank procedures for complex entities and reviewed procedures
for other entities.
• Conducted audit procedures on key areas including revenue, trade
receivables, payroll, and ICFR for the year ending March 31, 2024.
• Oracle Group Audit FY Completed the full cash confirmation process for all Oracle bank accounts in EMEA
and APAC regions. Performed audit procedures on cash, bank, and payroll for select entities in these regions. Article
• Joined EY as an during the peak of busy season and was immediately assigned to the audit of Accel
Partners Ventures, which included multiple entities. This engagement coincided with the onset of the first COVID
19 lockdown, requiring a swift transition to remote work with minimal onboarding. Despite the steep learning
curve, I proactively dedicated additional hours after regular workdays to independently understand and reinforce
concepts learned during the day, allowing me to contribute effectively under challenging and unprecedented
circumstances.
• Post Accel, worked on multiple statutory audits of private limited companies, primarily in the IT sector. Gained
broad exposure by handling different areas across engagements and eventually managing end-to-end audit
processes across all key audit areas.
• Additionally, worked on high-profile clients such as Flipkart, handling multi-year audits following its acquisition by
Walmart—an engagement that required navigating complex financial data and tight timelines for one of the
firms highest-revenue clients.
