Financial and Management Reporting:

• Deliver accurate and timely
i\] Financial Statements -Statement of Profit or Loss and Other comprehensive
Income, Statement of Change in Equity, Statement of Financial Position,
Cash Flow & Ratio Analysis.
ii\] Consolidated statement- Consolidated P & L, SOCIE, and SFP of Falcon group.
iii\] Management Reports - Various Segmental Profit or Loss, at a glance Report,
A/P and A/R ageing Reports.
• Ensure the compliance with international financial reporting standards (IFRS),
Generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP) and companies
Procedures on the reports before its submission.
• Providing recommendation on company’s investment decision with using
Advance investment appraisal techniques, i.e. NPV, MIRR, Sensitivity analysis, Payback Period etc.
• Prepare/review all supporting information for the annual audit for the approved external auditor and other bodies such as banks.
• Other Reports including:
Sales Reports, Quarterly Commission reports, inventory reports, , Deferred Tax Asset/Liability and all others required by management with analysis & recommendation.

Budget, Plan & Forecast:

• Coordinate with Finance Manager/CFO & other department heads to preparation of budget and ensures the periodic report over budget and forecasted variances.
• Review monthly results and implement monthly variance reporting as compared to budget.
• Achieves budget objectives by scheduling expenditures; analyzing variances; initiating corrective actions.
• Forecasts the cash flow on monthly basis and submit to Finance Manager with preceding variance report and recommendation as per budgeted/planed.

Internal Controls and Supply Chain Management:

• Develop and document business processes and accounting policies to maintain and strengthen internal controls and to secure the personnel and financial information.
• Ensure that documents were accurately maintained and complete with supporting information for all financial transactions.
• Implement the advance Planning and forecasting of inventory, ABC inventory system, EOQ and safety stock to enhance the control on inventory and to minimize the loss of business (Due to damages, No stock, Carrying and ordering cost)
• Redesigned the controls on process of ordering Level, lead time, GRN, stock keeping and dispatching for sales or internal transferring to maximize the output.
• Works on paper less environment to save the cost, time and develop the smooth and controllable procedures

Supervision:

• Invoices booking detail, accuracy of G/L and cost centers by analyzing invoices/expense reports.
• Accounts Payables process to insure timely and accurate payments.
• Monthly Salary, Overtime, Leave encashment, employee’s Loan, Installment, medical Insurance, air ticket, gratuity, Bonuses and creation of related provisions.
• Preparation and Analytical verification of fixed asset register and pre-payment schedule.
